The Salvation Army Leaders’ Training College of Africa and Resource Centre*

Since its inception in 1986, in Harare Zimbabwe, and on re-locating to Kenya in 2010, ‘The S.A.L.T College’ has always been a not-for profit institution. Operating under Kenyan Law, its’ purposeful mission is to serve The Salvation Army right across Africa and internationally. The SALT College Board of Directors act solely to advance the mission of The Salvation Army.

The College’s historic mission, of equipping leaders across Africa, is achieved through distance learning education, training and conference events, sharing resources, and networking arrangements. These services are offered through the leaders in each country of Africa in which The Salvation Army serves.

*The Salvation Army Leaders’ Training College of Africa and Resource Centre Limited is a not-for-profit organisation, registered in Kenya as a Private Limited Company (Registration No. PVT-DLUKBDP). The Company owns and operates Salt College and Resource Centre.
